Day 17

Supplements:
  • Vitamin C tablet, 1000mg.

Exercises:
  • 3 x 60 second stretches
  • 10 mins of  jelqs 
  • 3 x 60 second stretches
All the same, pretty much. I plan to take both the Saturday and the Sunday off in order to give myself a moment to, uh, recover.
